Required Qualifications

.         2+ years Experience researching and resolving technical issues for
          business users.

.         Experience coordinating with other technical teams as needed to
          resolve issues

.         2 + Years of experience with ETL programming, building SQL
          queries, and support of ASP.NET applications.

.         2 + Years of experience with support analyst for the R&D labs.

.         This person will be the primary contact for the day to day IT support

          needs of the people in the R&D labs including the Long Term Research
          and Advanced Research groups.

.         The support analyst will also maintain a prioritized list of
          requests and issues and regularly review it with the lead analyst for the
          labs and the business team.

.         The person in this role will also get involved in development
          activities for lab reporting and database projects.

.          2+ years experiences with Development experience with ASP.NET
           applications and with ETL programming

.         Experience with gathering requirements and understanding the
          business needs

.         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

.         Experience with SQL query tools (Oracle or SQL Server) Essential

PREFERRED SKILLS -

Nice to Haves - Experience with supporting lab systems and instruments

Experience with Informatica development

Experience with Business Objects
