Description:
We are looking for a SAP PP Archiving consultant with around 9 years of experience for one our direct clients.
SAP Archiving Developer is responsible for analyze SAP database and identify large/growing performance affecting tables and apply archiving policies / requirement. Create and document archiving, retention and deletion policies in accordance to corporate, business and government and country regulations and need. Configure, test, implement and maintain different SAP archiving objects. Solid understanding of SAP database statistics and the ability to analyze growth trends and identify main culprits of diminishing performance. Communicate SAP Archiving process and need with business and technical members. Gather information and requirement regarding business process, procedure and reporting need and create archiving objects that will meet them and maintain data volume and size to optimize performance and achieve archiving objectives. Best practice of how to size, name , store archive files for accessibility, retention management and reload need as well as frequency and variant to fit process windows and other system activities –
